Q1:  Which style of the bicycle can be installed?
Firstly,insure that there is enough space for installing the engine kit in the trigonal frame since we have supplied the related size of the engine for your reference,so please make sure that your bicycle meets the requirement of the installation;additionally it's better that the rear of your bicycle is not disc brake since it's place overlaps with the place of the chain.

Q2: Whether the city which tabooing the motorcycle operation can ride it?
You can't ride it in this city,even if you can ride it,but it's difficult to buy the gasoline unless you take the petrol out of the car's fuel tank.So please think it about before you purchasing it in order to avoiding the trouble.

Q3:   How about the quality of this engine kit?
I can't answer that our engine kit have a good quality,as you know,even Mercedes-Benz supplier doesn't say as that.I can only say that we keep a long tine and stable business relationship with the customers in South America,Europe,Australia and North America. In a word,its cost-effective for you.Please don't compare with the other engine which is more than $100,we also can't assure how many years you can use it since it is according to the using method of the customers. Normally you can use it for 3-5 years,we also have the spare parts for assuring that you can purchase the parts for replacing the damaged ones.

Q4   Is the installation method easy?
     It depends the customers' manipulative capability and the recognition of the mechanical knowledge, generally it is easy except the wiring of the carburetor and the power line,the installation of the rear chain wheel.

Q5   How many stroke of the engine?
We have two-stroke and four-stroke engine kit,single cylinder  

Q6   How many displacement of the engine kit?
     For two-stroke engine,it has 48cc,55cc,60cc and 66cc,some customers also call 66cc as 80cc;For the four-stroke engine it's displacement is 49cc.

Q7   What's kind of the fuel the engine kit need to add?
For two stroke engine,it needs the mixed oil,the ratio is 16:1,the petrol is 16 while the engine oil is 1,it means that if you add 16L petrol while you need to add 1L oil,after using for several times,the ratio can be changed to 20:1,then add the mixed oil into the fuel tank.

Q8   Whether it doesn't add the engine oil?
     It can't be used without the engine oil,or else it will lead to the scuffing of cylinder bore.


Q9   How to start the engine kit
     There are hand-start and pedal-start,generally our styles are pedal-start,the procedure is after standing up the leg brace of your bicycle,loosen the clutch handle,start pedaling,it start to running.It can also be started when you loosen the clutch handle while riding the bicycle.

Q10  Whether it has the generate electricity system?
There isn't this system,you need to add this system which driven by wheel.

Q11  It's disc brake in the rear of my bicycle,how I can keep it exist?
     It doesn't matter since we have central shaft drive configuration which include the drive system,in that case,the disc brake can be retained.

Q12  What's the max speed of this moped?
In the situation without other speed control system,the max speed is 56 KM/H,  the safe speed is < 60 KM/H.

Q13  What's the maximum loading capacity of this moped matched with two-stroke engine?
     Since this moped is DIY bicycle,so it's maximum loading capacity is 120kg,please buy the motorcycle if you need to carry more cargoes.  
 
Q14  What's the maximum degrees of the gradient which the moped can climb?
It can also climb the gradient above which the car and motorcycle can be used .

Q15  Is the engine loud?
Yes,it's louder than the common motorcycle's engine.The Power will be less if lower the sound.  

Q16  How to make the engine to have the better running-in?
Don't slam acceleration and climb the slope which is too steep,keep the speed in 30-40KM/H.

Q17  Does it have KILLSW?
It has stop switch.If it hasn't added the overrunning clutch,you need to hang on the clutch handle and loose the handle when the bicycle need the power again.

Q18  What's the package material and the size?
Carton with the package size as 42X42X17 cm.

Q19  What's the MOQ of the order?
Generally our minimum ordering quantity by sea is 50 sets,just one pallet.
