--Process:CNC machining, CNC milling and turning, drilling,grinding,bending,stamping,tapping,EDM etc.

--Equipment:Machining Center (4 Axis+5 Axis) , CNC milling machine, CNC turning machine, CNC turning and      milling center,Grinding Machine,EDM wire etc.

--Tolerance:0.05mm-0.1mm, according to drawing requriement.

--Surface Treatment: Zinc plating /Powder Coated / Nickel Plating /Chrame Plating/ Anodizing etc.

--Delivery date: CNC machining parts will take 7-10 days to make samples.  Investment castings will take 7-10 days to make tooling and further 10 days to make samples.
